Absolutely amazing town! I normally don't travel to cities, I'm a country girl at heart but something about this town was so inviting. There's so much history in this area. From Native American tribes finding peace amongst eachother and sharing the healing waters, to the Civil War Era, to the gangsters running around and the bathhouse's evolution. There's multiple fill stations you can bottle up the magical water and a few small springs out and about. You can't swim in them, but there's 2 bath houses you can go to sit in it. The historical buildings are what captured my attention the most and the ghosts that occupy them. I'm a photographer and got so many amazing photos during my stay. There's plenty of hiking spots in the mountains, waterfalls close by, and of course plenty of architecture to capture. It was this photographer's playground! The water tastes amazing and I splashed it on some scrapes and cuts I got from mining crystals about an hour away in mt. Ida. My wounds basically healed overnight. Absolutely amazing place I will be returning to but cutting out more time to explore. Almost everything is within walking distance and plenty of free parking around! I wish I'd have gotten to edit all of my photos before making this review but here's a few things I just got on my phone. If it will let me update the review I'll add all the great shots I got out here. 😁

Hot Springs is a very small area, but has great outdoor adventures! If you are in town, I highly recommend visiting Avant Crystal Mining and Wegner Phantom Quartz Mine because the people are fabulous and the experience of mining your own crystals is one-of-a-kind. I also recommend visiting Lake Catherine State Park!

Oh and also don’t forget this area was the original home of baseballs spring training with much history not be seen here.

Love the Bathhouse brewing, the bath houses, the restaurant choices. So many to choose from! Shopping is fun, walking thru Arlington hotel, And the big antique mall is fun! It’s a nice stopover when we travel between Nashville and TX.
Compliments to the Chef . We had Sirloins Steak for Dinner Sun. 9-4-22 and let me tell you this the best Steak I’ve ever had in Arkansas. . I hope your Chef will give Classes to all of Little Rock Chef’s they need it . I am a Porterhouse or T-Bone lover , But the flavor we had in Sirloin was Great . Enjoy it very much !! Our server as well she was wonderful it’s a must to compensate her great service. & I did not hesitate to do so ,she deserved a reward . Thank you so much .
This was one of the BEST hotel stays we've ever had. The room and bathroom (and shower!) were super clean, the bed & pillows were so comfortable, and the A/C worked great!! From check-in, where Adrianna was very friendly to the included breakfast, which was delicious (best biscuits & gravy!!) - everyone was very accommodating. I actually saw someone testing the water in the beautiful pool at 8am...This will be the only hotel I stay in when returning to Hot Springs.
We visit Hot Springs, Arkansas every year, with the exception of 2020, to celebrate our anniversary. We have stayed at Staybridge for the last five years or so and truly enjoy the pleasant staff and our stay. Location is very important to us and the 5-10 minute drive back to the center is worth it because the nights are peaceful and quiet. The amenities give us the 'home away from home' feel that we seek, our room is spacious enough, and the bed was comfortable.
Very affordable hotel bordering hot springs National Park. Clean room sheets towels and bath. Provided dispensers for lotion shampoo etc Several trails a short walk away. Dog friendly (no extra charge) and has frig microwave in room. Good location. Friendly staff and morning breakfast with coffee fresh fruit yogurt
The overall experience was nice. The room and bathroom was very clean. The night staff was awesome the dryer for guest wasn’t working so they let us use the hotel dryer. The beds were comfortable. It was an overall nice stay for our first visit to Hot Springs would definitely stay here again.
All the services since the very first moment we have got into conversation. We have got a free upgrade room because of our Honeymoon what is unusual in America. Usually nobody cares. Room was amazing. Clean huge great view. Staff we’re really friendly and many options offered by the hotel.
It All started with Carol. She guided me ..drew out a map and listed exactly what we were wanting to do. Everywhere she sent us was Amazing...Every Hotel should have a Caro[ !! The room was clean...bed very comfortable...breakfast was fine...
Loved that it was a historic resort nestled directly in front of Hot Springs National Park. Park trails connected to the rear of the hotel by the pool and hot tub area. The bathhouse and spa were great! The holiday decorations were lovely.
We loved the location, being on the lake and pretty accessible to everything we wanted to do. It was very close to the waterfall at lake Catherine as well as the marinas for renting boats and all the restaurants.
I liked everything about our stay from the private balcony, the beautiful lake, the comfy bed, the clean room, to the helpful polite host!! I would highly recommend this for a couple's getaway!!
Room was large and Spacious. It was a shirt drive into Hot Springs. Plenty of food options nearby with pharmacy’s and Grocery stores too.
Parking and check in was smooth and simple.
Very centered in Hot Springs. And very close to our massage, (Living Wellness day spa!), and LOTS of dining options. Our three meals were within less then a mile from your hotel!
Room was not clean or modern. No massage therapists there so we had to go somewhere else. Lobby bar was closed. Overall the hotel was understaffed and in disrepair.
The hotel is a very nice lakefront property and has a beautiful view. It is not far from the Hot Springs National Park and other state parks and attractions.
Retro boutique hotel! I stayed in a 50's Western themed room! Loved it. Also, I walked to historic downtown Hot Springs, so no need to worry about parking!
